Recommended for all non-sensitive, non-blemished skin types. Massage onto lightly damp skin. Leave on for 2-5 minutes, avoiding the delicate eye area. Rinse away thoroughly with water. Use up to twice weekly. Follow with your favorite moisturizer. It is normal for the heating sensation to remain for an additional 10-15 min. after product was washed off.
