Appointment Scheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at Na’ava Skin Care Spa. We realize emergencies happen and understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive our services. Our appointments are confirmed a few days to a week in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked weeks ago.
Same-Day Cancellation
All same-day cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee unless the appointment is rescheduled.
Confirmation Service
As a courtesy, we will call or text to confirm your service appointments a few days prior to your appointment date. However, if we cannot reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.
Refund Policy
Services
At Na’ava Skincare Spa, we strive to provide the utmost best in customer service and satisfaction with the services provided. If you are displeased with your spa service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist at the time of checkout.
It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, and upon approval of spa management, you will be eligible to receive a follow-up complimentary service in order for us to have the chance to “make it right” for you.
We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service.
Online Product Sales & Pick-up
All online product and pick-up sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time.
In-Person Product Sales
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund as long as the product has remained unused. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of credit. Cashback is not available.
